Cleaned out beneath my bed this summer and found stacks of old notes-- always great art fodder. This one's based off some history of ideas things. I won't bore you with the dry details. Basically, at some point science/philosophy/theology blah blah various linking relations scattered about earth as proof of God blah blah wandered world with birdcages searching out connections blah blah planetary metals body parts etc.
Truncated relations of gold: the sun, corresponding body part (head), crown made of (gold) worn on (head) of "head" of politics (king), related to "king" of animal kingdom (lion), wears (gold)en mane in a wreath about its (head)...(halo)?
I suppose modern people don't spends their days wandering the world with a birdcage looking for these relations, but there's still enough correlation for it to be strangely fascinating.
Went slightly overboard with glowy goodness, but I couldn't resist. *_*
